How to Stay Fit During Lock down?


We have been in Lock down for 3 months and do not know how long it will last. Nowadays, we mostly see on social media, people keep sharing there fitness video , so just don't just wish for good body work on it.

Do you know that by doing exercise, your body immune
system will be completely cured because it will increase your blood circulation,that-helps you fight infection. Many times, we want to detox our body and detox means removing the harmful substances inside our body. If you do anything continuously for 21 days,then it will become your habit, with full dedication for half an hour even you can start with fifteen minutes , keep your body engrossed in exercise,whether it is running, yoga is done, slowly you can increase that time yourself.Just sitting at home, my body became inactive, I felt some disease was catching,then I started to dance slowly and today is a year, and it will be a whole year,today I do full 1-hour exercise with full honesty. If you want nothing is difficult,nowadays everyone prefers to be fit and who does not like to look attractive.


DetoxingHow to detox your body? We know that we do not have a breakfast lunch on time every day. So just have a week in the morning, have breakfast at 8 o'clock, lunch at 12 o'clock and dinner at 8 o'clock and give your body a rest of 12 hours.
       This 12 hours is enough time to detox your body, after that you can be 
Refreshed and see how you feel, you will feel very light.


How to Keep Your Body Healthy ?


Try to drink more and more water drink at-least 2 full glass water in morning,then keep a bottle drink. Take a bottle and sip it slowly and keep drinking it,you will not even know how many bottles of water you have finished.Keep all these protein green vegetables, potassium calcium fiber in full quantity in your food. Eat foods like milk, almonds, oats, grains, pulses, salads, etc. Do you know that eating less salt in saying, your skin does not get wrinkles and blood pressure is also under control.
