We have been in Lock down for 3 months and do not know how long it will last . Nowadays, we mostly see on social media, people keep sharing there fitness video , so just don't just wish for good body work on it. Do you know that by doing exercise, your body immune system will be completely cured because it will increase your blood circulation , that-helps you fight infection. Many times, we want to detox our body and detox means removing the  harmful substances inside our body. If you do anything continuously for 21 days, then it will become your habit, with full dedication for half an hour even  you can start with fifteen minutes , keep your body engrossed in exercise, whether it is running, yoga is done, slowly you can increase that time yourself. Just sitting at home, my body became inactive, I felt some disease was catching, then I started to dance slowly and today is a year, and it will be a whole year, today I do full 1-hour exercise with full honesty.
