Digital Marketing is– marketing online, or promoting awareness of products and services and the benefits they provide to potential customers over the internet.
STEPS FOR DIGITAL MARKETING AS WELL AS MARKETING-
1.      Collect qualitative and quantitative information about the target audience that included age, gender, occupation, interests, and location.
2.      As a part of your survey, ask your current customers the following questions:
A.      What is your favorite social media site?
  1. Do you regularly read blogs? (please, name them)
  2. What people do you follow on social?
  3. Use free Google Forms to collect your answers or Type Form
3.      Statistics of which social media platform mostly use by customers allows us to see a blurry picture of the audience we going to target.
4.      Find Your Target Audience in Facebook Groups
5.      Why the consumer should choose us and not the competition. We need to know how we are going to communicate our unique value proposition and how to do so appropriately in the channels where our audience is present (social media, blogs, email marketing, and more).
6.      Content strategy- we have to identify appropriate keywords for us to use correctly in our content to organically improve our SEO positioning. How to do keywords research- to find the keywords our customers are using; once we’ve found those, update our page copy (or create new content) using those specific keywords.
7.  Based on our objectives (attraction, conversion, and loyalty), we’ll start to carry out different strategies: email marketing campaigns, social media, CRM, web optimization, SEO strategies, Paid Media advertising, etc.
8.    We have to measure every action using KPIs to figure out we have reached the goal.
9.        There’s a lot to be learned from audience online. We will get honest feedback on campaigns and messaging, for one.
10.  A marketing effort is wasted if an ineffective or inappropriate technology is used. For example, email marketing should not be done manually but rather by tools.
Connecting  With our Audience- Connecting with your audience is important in all types of marketing. In a world with growing distractions social media has made it easier to connect with potential customers anywhere around the world. When working on a social media marketing campaign, we want to connect with your audience both on a surface level — through a follow, comment, or a “like” and on a deeper level  through a relatable post that gets them feeling a certain way about your brand or products.
Social media advertising is different from traditional marketing because the user is constantly consuming – and if you’re not careful, you could spam your way to losing a potential sale.
The best marketing tactic to get your message across quickly, and in as few words as possible, is to use graphics to support your storytelling. Make sure we are not just using an image for the sake of using an image. Sometimes you’re strapped for time and can’t shoot your own specific image, but if you have to use a generic one put it into context.
